Lego Black Friday deals 2026 UK: what's a good price?
Short answer: several big Lego sets are already 25–33% off, which is about what Lego's own Black Friday sale offered last year, so there's little reason to wait. The standout today is the Hogwarts Castle: The Main Tower at £159.99 (was £229.99).

A third off. It touched about £45 in the last three months, so it could dip a little further.

£80 off a new flagship Technic car. The lowest UK price we've seen for it so far.

About 21% off a popular adult build that can be made as a Turbo or a Targa.

25% off and expected to be retired in December, so buy it while it's still around.
Lego Botanicals Peace Lily (11504)
A third off a gift that suits adults who don't usually do Lego. John Lewis has it at £37.99.
Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar 2026 (75456)
Cheaper than a week ago. Advent calendars sell out rather than drop in price.
What counts as a good Lego price?
Lego rarely goes below about 30% off on popular sets, so use these rough rules:
- 20% off: fair, but not special.
- 25–30% off: a good price, roughly what Lego.com offered on Star Wars, Technic, Icons and Ideas sets at Black Friday 2025.
- 40% off or more: usually only on older or less popular sets, often ones about to retire.
Which? suggests another check: price per brick. Around 10p a piece is typical. Licensed sets (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Marvel) often cost 11–12p, while Lego's own themes like City and Friends are nearer 7–8p.

When do Lego Black Friday deals start?
Black Friday 2026 is on Friday 27 November. Lego's own Insiders Weekend is on 21–22 November, and last year that brought double Insiders points (worth about 10% back) and free gifts with bigger orders. Lego.com's main Black Friday sale is expected to run around 27–30 November, though Lego hasn't confirmed it yet.
Amazon, John Lewis, Very and Argos tend to cut prices earlier and often beat Lego.com on the headline price. Lego.com wins when you want the free gift or points, so add those into the sums on bigger orders.
Which Lego sets are retiring in 2026?
Lego retires sets in two waves, with the big one at the end of December. Once a set is retired, prices usually go up, not down. Sets reported to be retiring at the end of 2026 include:

Lego doesn't publish exact dates and stock can run out early, so if one of these is on your list, buy it when you see a fair price.
Is it worth waiting for Black Friday for Lego?
Only if the set isn't discounted yet. Many popular sets are already 25–30% off, which is about as low as they went last year, and the best-selling ones can go out of stock in December.
Where is Lego cheapest in the UK?
Amazon is often cheapest on big sets, but John Lewis, Very, Argos, Sainsbury's and Smyths all undercut it from time to time. Use a price comparison site before buying.
Is Lego.com ever the cheapest?
Rarely on price alone, but its Black Friday free gifts and double Insiders points can make it the best value on a large order.
