Monday deals: a Dreamland electric blanket for £14.99, the Ninja Slushi for £199.99 and a heated airer for £76
The clocks went back over the weekend, so today's list leans towards staying warm without turning the heating up. The standout is a Dreamland dual-control super king electric underblanket for £14.99 on Dreamland's own site. There are also two heated throws at good prices, a 20%-off heated airer at Dunelm, and the Ninja Slushi at £199.99, which is cheaper than it was last Black Friday.
A quick steer: buy the cold-weather kit now. Electric blankets, throws and airers sell out as it gets colder rather than getting much cheaper, and the Slushi is already under last year's Black Friday price. The Shark PowerPro is the one pick that could drop further in November. Prices were checked on 26 October.
Dreamland Starlight Express Fleece Super King Dual Control Underblanket
Ignore the £69.99 'was' price, which looks notional. £15 for a dual-control super king electric blanket from a known brand is cheap by any measure. It has three heat settings and is machine washable. Delivery is £2.99, or collect for free.
Dreamland Cosy Up Silky Soft Faux Fur Warming Throw, Terracotta
£10 under the lowest price Which? recorded for this throw earlier this year. A heated throw on the sofa costs pennies an hour to run, far less than heating the whole room. The cream version is £64.99.
Dreamland Indulgent Days XL Warming Throw, Grey Velvet, 140 x 180cm
The XL size covers two people on a sofa. Dreamland's own site matches Amazon, while other shops are still charging around £82 to £90.
Dunelm 3 Tier Heated Airer (330W)
20% off. Dunelm says it costs about 4p an hour, against roughly 79p for a tumble dryer cycle. Twenty per cent off comes round fairly often, so this is a fair price rather than a record low. The smaller Heated Ladder Airer is £32.
Dimplex ECR20 2kW Oil-Free Column Radiator
£21 under its usual price, and Amazon, Very and B&Q all match at £79. Heats up faster than an oil-filled radiator and has an eco mode. At full power it costs about 53p an hour, so use it for one room, not the whole house.
MeacoDry Arete One 10L Dehumidifier and Air Purifier
£20 under what Meaco and John Lewis charge today. A quiet, low-energy pick for drying laundry indoors and tackling condensation in a flat, at about 4p an hour. You'll need a Costco membership.
Ninja SLUSHi frozen drink maker (FS301UK)
£24 cheaper than its lowest price last Black Friday. Makes slushies, frozen cocktails and milkshakes. A popular family Christmas present, and this is the price we'd have told you to wait for.
TYMO Ionic Plus hair straightening brush (HC105)
Below its lowest price of the last three months. A quicker, gentler way to smooth hair than flat straighteners, and a well-reviewed gift for teenagers.
Shark PowerPro Pet cordless stick vacuum (IZ380UKT)
£9 cheaper than at AO, Very and Shark's own site. It was about £160 earlier this autumn and last Black Friday, so wait if you can.
