KitchenAid Black Friday deals 2026: mixer prices to wait for
Short answer: the best-value KitchenAid right now is the Artisan 4.8L tilt-head in Empire Red at £359.98 on Amazon, which is within about £15 of last year's Cyber Monday price. If you want a big bowl-lift model, the 6.6L Artisan in Almond Cream at £598 is also below its recent price, but most other models and colours are worth holding off on until Black Friday on 27 November.
We update this page as prices move. These prices were checked on 25 October 2026.
KitchenAid Artisan 4.8L tilt-head stand mixer (5KSM125), Empire Red
The classic Artisan most people want. Last Cyber Monday it was £345 on Amazon, so you might save another £15 by waiting, but this is already a fair price. Other colours cost more today (black is £398 at Argos).
KitchenAid Artisan 6.6L bowl-lift stand mixer (5KSM70SHX), Almond Cream
Below the £628.95 to £629.95 it sat at for the last three months. The same mixer in black is £899 at Currys, so Almond Cream is the colour to pick if you're not fussy. For big batches of bread dough.
KitchenAid Artisan tilt-head stand mixer (5KSM95), Contour Silver
One of KitchenAid's newer Artisan models. £399 is about £100 under Very and Currys, though it has been as low as £353, so a Black Friday drop is likely.
KitchenAid Artisan 5.6L bowl-lift stand mixer (5KSM60SPX), Matte Black
The cheapest place for this model today (John Lewis matches it in Almond Cream), but it has been as low as £519.95. Hold off unless you need it now.
KitchenAid Artisan 4.8L stand mixer with extra accessories (5KSM175), Black
The same mixer as the 5KSM125 with extra accessories. It's been £389.97 in the last three months, so £449 is too much for the add-ons.
KitchenAid prices to aim for this Black Friday
These are prices KitchenAid stand mixers reached in recent Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, plus the lowest prices tracked this year. If you see a model at or below these figures, it's a good deal.
- Artisan 4.8L tilt-head (5KSM125): £345 at Amazon on Cyber Monday 2025. In 2024 it fell to £325 at Argos (silver) and £359 at KitchenAid. Aim for £345 or less.
- Classic 4.3L tilt-head (5K45SS): £280 at Argos (black) on Cyber Monday 2025. Don't pay more than about £300.
- Artisan with extra accessories (5KSM175): £439 at KitchenAid on Black Friday 2024, and £389.97 at Hughes in the last three months. Aim for under £400.
- Artisan 5.6L bowl-lift (5KSM60SPX): lowest tracked price £519.95. Aim for under £550.
- Artisan 6.6L bowl-lift (5KSM70SHX): £598 now, below its three-month range of around £629. Anything under £600 is good.
Artisan vs Classic vs Mini vs bowl-lift: which is worth it?
Artisan tilt-head (5KSM125): the one to buy for most kitchens. Retailers list it as 4.8L, and KitchenAid's own site now calls it 4.7L, but it's the same mixer. It has a 300W motor, 10 speeds and a five-year guarantee, comes in dozens of colours and fits every KitchenAid attachment. The 5KSM175 is the same machine with extra accessories. It's only worth it if the gap is under about £50.
Classic (5K45SS): a slightly smaller 4.3L bowl, a 275W motor and only a two-year guarantee, in a handful of plain colours. It only makes sense if it's at least £60 to £80 cheaper than an Artisan. Today the cheapest we found was £325 on eBay, only about £35 less than the Artisan, so skip it unless it drops to around £280 again.
Mini (5KSM3311): the 3.3L Mini is now hard to find in the UK. KitchenAid doesn't list it on its UK site, and price comparison sites show no live listings. If you do see one, check it's sold by a proper retailer rather than a marketplace seller.
Bowl-lift (5.6L and 6.6L): instead of the head tilting back, the bowl rises up to meet the beater. That makes them sturdier with heavy bread dough and big batches, and the motors are more powerful (375W on the 5.6L). They're also taller and heavier, so measure the gap under your wall cupboards first. Worth it if you bake bread every week. Otherwise the Artisan tilt-head does everything most people need.
Colour makes a big difference to price
KitchenAid sells the same mixer in lots of colours, and retailers discount them unevenly. Today the 6.6L bowl-lift is £598 in Almond Cream but £899 in black at Currys. The 5.6L is £599.20 in Matte Black, but over £675 in Pistachio. The Artisan 4.8L is cheapest in Empire Red, with black and Pistachio costing £30 to £40 more. If you don't mind which colour you get, check two or three before you buy. Newer and limited-edition colours are rarely discounted much.
When do KitchenAid prices drop?
Black Friday 2026 is on Friday 27 November, and Cyber Monday is on 30 November. Discounts usually start in the week before, and last year some of the lowest KitchenAid prices we found were on Cyber Monday, so don't panic-buy on the Friday. Many Amazon Black Friday prices need a Prime membership, so if you don't have one, see our Amazon Prime free trial guide or start a Prime trial.
KitchenAid's own website is currently giving a free attachment and cookbook with selected mixers until 8 November 2026. The Artisan 5KSM125 and the 5.6L bowl-lift are excluded, and its prices are usually higher than Amazon's.
Is it worth waiting for Black Friday to buy a KitchenAid?
For most models, yes. The Artisan 4.8L in Empire Red is already within about £15 of last year's lowest price, so it's fine to buy now, especially as a Christmas gift. For the 5.6L bowl-lift and the 5KSM175, recent lows were £60 or more below today's prices.
Which KitchenAid stand mixer is best value?
The Artisan 4.8L tilt-head (5KSM125). It costs only about £35 more than the Classic at the moment, and has a bigger bowl, a stronger motor and a five-year guarantee instead of two.
Are KitchenAid Black Friday deals real discounts?
Often the "was" prices are KitchenAid's full list prices, which few people actually pay. Ignore the percentage off and compare against the target prices above instead.
Do KitchenAid attachments fit every model?
The attachments that plug into the front hub fit all the tilt-head and bowl-lift stand mixers. Bowls, beaters and whisks are specific to each model, so check the model number before buying spares.
